Israel Emanuel Oble has been working  for over 10 years in the multifamily business. His family has been in the property management and construction business for 30+ years. He has had experience overseeing operations for a management portfolio of 2,000+ units in Southern California, with a valuation of approximately $1Billion in his prior role as SVP with CTM Apartment Services. Israel was awarded CPM Candidate of the year in 2018 by the Institute of Real Estate Management and earned his CPM designation in 2019. He holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University Northridge. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker License, and a Michigan Salesperson License.

Israel moved to Detroit to be closer to his real estate projects and to be part of Detroit’s comeback. He has a passion for community building and is currently a part of two neighborhood associations. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer with his 2 kids.
