Tenant Referral Program

Current tenants actively renting a property managed by National Real Estate Management Group (NREMG) are eligible for a referral fee. A tenant referral is considered valid when a new tenant, referred by an existing tenant, signs a lease and moves into a vacant NREMG-managed property.

Upon successful lease signing and occupancy, the referring tenant will receive a one-time credit of $100 toward the rent. Credit will be issued within 30 days of the referred tenant's lease start date.

Referral fees will not be paid for referrals of tenants previously known to NREMG, or if the referral was not clearly indicated at the time of lease application. NREMG reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without notice. For full details, contact our management team.
