Connaé Pisani is the Founder and CEO of National Real Estate Management Group (NREMG), a vertically integrated, full-service real estate investment firm offering brokerage, construction, and property management services to investors nationwide. As a licensed broker, builder, and investor, Connaé brings a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and entrepreneurial insight to the industry.
A graduate of the University of Michigan with a BSE in Civil Engineering, Connaé began her career with global engineering giants such as Bechtel and Halliburton. Her work on multi-billion-dollar oil and construction projects around the world sharpened her skills in engineering systems and large-scale project execution—skills she now leverages in the real estate sector.
In 2018, Connaé returned to her hometown of Metro Detroit to be part of the city’s transformative resurgence. She founded NREMG to meet the needs of modern investors by offering a seamless, high-impact approach to real estate. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded to Michigan, Washington, Texas, and Nevada, managing a diversified portfolio of more than 1,000 units with an asset value exceeding $100 million. NREMG has also successfully closed over $3.5 million in real estate transactions and has represented a wide range of clients, including private investors, nonprofits, and corporate entities.
Connaé has earned widespread recognition for her leadership, including being named one of Crain’s Notable Real Estate Executives and receiving Corp! Magazine’s Most Valuable Professional Entrepreneur and Millennial Award. Her insights and achievements have been featured in The Detroit News, Apartment Therapy, DBusiness, Realtor.com, Crain’s Detroit Business, The Oakland Press, and Macomb Daily, among others.
She holds memberships and certifications with leading organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Rental Housing Association of Washington, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). She is also an active member of the University of Michigan Alumni Network.
A committed community advocate, Connaé is the Founder of United Christian Women, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to service, mentorship, and empowering women through faith and purpose. She is also deeply involved in church ministries and local outreach programs, embodying her belief in giving back and lifting others.
At the heart of her journey is Connaé’s dedication to her faith and family. She and her husband are proud parents of three children, and she credits her faith, family and “village” as the true foundation of her strength and success. In her free time, Connaé enjoys traveling and discovering the latest in fine dining, fashion, beauty, and wellness.
