National Real Estate Management Group is a full service brokerage, construction, and property management company partnering with investors to manage a broad range of real estate investment needs and we are looking for a skilled, highly professional Transaction Coordinator.
As a Transaction Coordinator with NREMG, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Broker and Portfolio Manager with overseeing real estate transactions, verifying the continued licensing of the agents, onboarding, training new agents, and ensuring the performance and legal compliance of their team.
A successful candidate will be able to manage many different responsibilities at once while still maintaining an eye on the big picture. The candidate must be able to be the face of NREMG to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. This person must be able to maintain professionalism and be a well organized leader.
The Transaction Coordinator must be able to maintain financial records and have the ability to meet with clients to discuss their current investments. The Transaction Coordinator must have the skills to negotiate with other agents and brokers to purchase or sell properties for clients. The Transaction Coordinator must also have the ability to inspect market trends and identify opportunities for clients to profit.
