Zak Steiner brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in construction management, inspections, infrastructure operations, and field leadership. His background combines technical expertise, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to quality execution across residential and infrastructure projects.

As Construction Manager, Zak oversees field operations with a focus on project coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and execution efficiency. His operator-led approach ensures projects are managed proactively from initial assessment through completion, with an emphasis on accountability, communication, and long-term asset performance.

Zak’s experience spans residential construction, property inspections, utility infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. As a Certified Home Inspector with Golden Eye Inspections, he has conducted hundreds of detailed property evaluations involving historic homes, new construction, and value-add assets. His expertise includes structural assessment, septic systems, water testing, and radon analysis, providing clients and stakeholders with comprehensive, data-driven insight to support informed real estate decisions.

Prior to his inspection and construction management work, Zak served as a Certified Pipe Fitter with Miller Pipeline, contributing to major infrastructure and energy projects operating under strict OSHA and federal safety standards. In addition to field execution responsibilities, he played an active role in training and mentoring apprentice fusers, reinforcing a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
