Tony Jaramillo is a real estate investment professional with experience across acquisitions, asset management, development, and investment analysis. Since entering the industry in 2021, he has worked across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, medical office, residential land, and mixed-use developments, building expertise in financial underwriting, market research, operational strategy, and value creation.

Throughout his career, Tony has been involved in sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities, executing asset management initiatives, and supporting the operational turnaround of commercial real estate portfolios totaling more than 25 properties. His experience spans both investment and operational roles, providing a comprehensive perspective on the full real estate investment lifecycle.

Most recently, Tony served as an onsite analyst for Avenue Bellevue, a landmark $1 billion mixed-use luxury condominium, hotel, and retail development in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Working alongside ownership and management teams following a lender-led restructuring, he contributed to initiatives that revitalized leasing activity, enhanced property operations, and supported strategic planning efforts that helped position the project for its next phase of growth. These efforts contributed to the property's transition to Nobu Residences Bellevue, which will introduce the first Nobu Residences in the United States and the first Nobu restaurant in the Pacific Northwest.

Tony earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington. During his studies, he was recognized as the top-performing student in Real Estate Economics and remains actively involved with the university's real estate program as a mentor to current students.

Based in Bellevue, Washington, Tony enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, and exploring new markets and communities.
