Monique McGuire is a real estate compliance and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning affordable housing, multifamily operations, regulatory compliance, and portfolio oversight. Her career has been defined by operational discipline, regulatory expertise, and a hands-on approach to strengthening property performance, mitigating risk, and supporting long-term asset value.
Throughout her career, Monique has developed deep expertise in affordable housing compliance, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, HOME, Section 8, mixed-income housing, and Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) requirements. She has overseen regional portfolios, implemented compliance strategies, developed operational policies and procedures, and led initiatives designed to improve performance, maintain regulatory alignment, and support disciplined execution across complex real estate operations.
Monique has partnered with public housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, and private owners and operators to strengthen compliance programs, improve operational processes, and develop high-performing teams.
