Edward Evans brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in construction management, field operations, estimating, scheduling, and project execution across residential and commercial construction. His career has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle, from early planning and preconstruction through execution, closeout, and final delivery.

As Construction Manager, Edward supports project execution with a focus on coordination, quality control, cost management, scheduling, and operational efficiency. He works closely with owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects remain aligned with established objectives while proactively identifying and addressing risks that can affect cost, schedule, or quality.

Edward began his career as a carpenter building custom homes, developing a strong foundation in craftsmanship, jobsite operations, and the practical mechanics of construction. He later transitioned into commercial construction, expanding his experience across increasingly complex projects and developing expertise in estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and project coordination.

His extensive field experience gives Edward a practical perspective on how projects come together and the challenges that can arise throughout the construction process. He brings a proactive approach to evaluating construction methods, coordinating trades and resources, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining high standards for quality and workmanship.
