Cyndi Rooks brings more than 30 years of multi-state Human Resources leadership experience to National Real Estate Management Group, with a career defined by operational discipline, strategic workforce management, and collaborative leadership across both public and private sector organizations.

Her experience spans a broad range of industries including real estate, banking, engineering, transportation, aviation, eCommerce, hospitality, healthcare, and fintech, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations, compliance management, and scalable people strategies within complex and fast-moving environments.

As Human Resources Manager, Cyndi oversees talent operations, organizational development, compliance, employee relations, and workforce strategy with a focus on building high-performing teams that support the firm’s execution-driven culture. Her operator-led approach emphasizes accountability, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving to ensure organizational alignment and long-term operational stability.

Cyndi holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and has remained actively engaged in advancing the HR profession through leadership roles at both the local and state levels.

Her professional leadership includes serving as President of SHRM Jacksonville, participation on the HR Florida State Council, and current service as Director of Certification for the SHRM Jacksonville Board. She also served as Chairperson of the Jacksonville Urban League, further reflecting her commitment to leadership development, workforce advancement, and community engagement.

Known for her collaborative management style, strong regulatory knowledge, and practical leadership approach, Cyndi works closely with executive leadership and operational teams to support scalable growth, organizational effectiveness, and a strong employee-centered culture across the firm.
