Connaé Pisani is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Broker of National Real Estate Management Group (NREMG), a vertically integrated real estate investment firm specializing in investment strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction, and property management services nationwide.

As a licensed broker, builder, engineer, and investor, Connaé brings a uniquely operator-led perspective rooted in disciplined execution, strategic growth, and hands-on leadership. She oversees the firm’s executive leadership team, investment strategy, and long-term expansion initiatives, guiding NREMG’s growth across Michigan, Washington, Texas, and Nevada while managing a diversified portfolio exceeding 1,000 units and more than $100 million in asset value.

A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Connaé began her career with global engineering firms including Bechtel and Halliburton, where she worked on complex, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and energy projects. That experience established the operational rigor, systems-based thinking, and project execution expertise that continue to shape her leadership approach today.

Since founding NREMG in 2018, Connaé has built the firm into a full-service investment platform serving private investors, nonprofits, corporations, and institutional partners through an integrated, execution-focused model. She works closely with the leadership team to drive operational performance, identify strategic investment opportunities, and position the firm for sustainable long-term growth.

Connaé has been recognized among Crain’s Detroit Business’ Notable Real Estate Executives and has received Corp! Magazine’s Most Valuable Professional Entrepreneur and Millennial Award. Her leadership and market insights have been featured in numerous regional and national publications focused on real estate investment, development, and entrepreneurship.
