Catherine Nelson brings more than 30 years of experience spanning real estate finance, investment operations, underwriting, and transaction management. Her career has been defined by disciplined execution, operational rigor, and a hands-on approach to solving complex real estate challenges across residential and commercial assets.

Catherine began her career in lending in 1992, working within an international lending environment that processed loans in 18 languages. This early experience built a strong foundation in compliance, systems management, risk evaluation, and cross-functional coordination - skills that continue to shape her strategic and detail-oriented approach today.

Throughout her career, Catherine has held leadership roles across lending, investment underwriting, REIT management, escrow and title operations, and distressed asset resolution. She has managed multi-million-dollar real estate investment portfolios, underwritten investment opportunities, overseen REO assets, and navigated complex title and subordination matters requiring precise execution and proactive problem-solving.

As an operator-led professional, Catherine remains directly engaged throughout the lifecycle of every transaction - from underwriting and negotiation through closing and asset transition. Her ability to anticipate challenges, align stakeholders, and execute efficiently has earned the trust of investors, lenders, and industry partners alike.
