His background spans leadership roles in multifamily housing, senior living communities, retail facilities, industrial operations, and commercial property maintenance, providing a comprehensive understanding of the systems and processes that drive high-performing real estate assets.

Throughout his career, Bryce has led maintenance departments, managed operating and capital budgets, coordinated contractors and vendors, and implemented preventative maintenance programs designed to maximize asset performance while minimizing operational risk. His experience includes overseeing apartment turnovers, building systems, life safety compliance, HVAC and mechanical operations, equipment repair, and facility improvement projects, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Prior to joining National Real Estate Management Group, Bryce served as Maintenance Director for multiple senior living communities, where he directed facility operations, managed maintenance teams, ensured regulatory compliance, and oversaw capital improvement initiatives. His diverse background also includes industrial maintenance, environmental control systems, retail facility operations, and business ownership, giving him a practical, solutions-oriented approach to property management and asset preservation.

Bryce holds an HVAC Technician Career Diploma from Penn Foster Career School and maintains EPA Type I Refrigerant Certification, along with multiple safety and industry certifications, including CPR, First Aid, and HVAC credentials.
