Bobby D. Lewis brings decades of real estate, development, and financial leadership experience to National Real Estate Management Group, with a career centered on disciplined investment execution and long-term community revitalization. His work spans brokerage, development, construction, and strategic investment initiatives, with a focus on creating sustainable value through thoughtful, operator-led real estate projects.

As President & CEO of Lewis Holdings Development, Bobby has led transformative residential and mixed-use developments throughout Detroit, specializing in affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and adaptive redevelopment projects. His ability to combine financial analysis with practical execution has positioned him as a respected leader in both the investment and development communities.

A Highland Park native, Bobby earned his MBA in International Finance and Accounting from Wayne State University, providing a strong analytical foundation that supports his work in underwriting, capital structuring, and project execution. In addition to being a licensed Associate Broker and Residential Builder, he has completed leadership and development programs through the Urban Land Institute’s Larson Center for Leadership and Capital Impact Partners’ Equitable Development Initiative.

Bobby’s experience includes leading complex public-private development initiatives involving municipal partnerships, grant funding, affordable housing strategies, and community-focused redevelopment planning. His projects emphasize operational discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic execution while maintaining a strong commitment to neighborhood stewardship and long-term economic sustainability.

Among his recent projects are the Porter-Junction Apartments redevelopment in Southwest Detroit - a 10-unit affordable housing initiative designed to expand access to quality housing through innovative financing partnerships - and the redevelopment of 8547 West Vernor, a mixed-use revitalization project supporting continued investment along the Springwells corridor through collaboration with local minority- and women-owned businesses.

As Senior Investment Associate Broker, Bobby works closely with investors, developers, municipalities, and strategic partners to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and execute projects that align financial performance with broader community impact objectives.
