The Opportunity

This is an analytical, execution-focused role supporting the Investment Strategy & Advisory team.

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in underwriting real estate opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the development of investment strategies. You will work closely with Investment Advisors and Strategists to evaluate opportunities and ensure data-driven decision-making across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial underwriting and modeling for real estate investment opportunities
• Build detailed cash flow projections, return analyses, and sensitivity models
• Conduct market research on asset classes, submarkets, and competitive dynamics
• Analyze investment performance metrics including IRR, equity multiples, and cash-on-cash returns
• Assist in preparation of investment memorandums and client presentations
• Support acquisition due diligence processes, including financial and operational review
• Track market trends and compile data to support investment strategy development
• Maintain and refine internal underwriting assumptions and model standards
• Collaborate with acquisitions, advisory, and portfolio teams on deal evaluation
• Support transaction execution through analysis, documentation, and reporting

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields
