The Opportunity

As an Investment Advisor at NREMG, you will work directly with investors to develop and implement real estate investment strategies aligned with their financial objectives. You will play a critical role at the front end of the investment lifecycle - guiding capital deployment decisions, evaluating opportunities, and structuring investments that drive long-term performance.
You will collaborate closely with acquisitions, development, and portfolio management teams to ensure that investment strategies translate into successful execution and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies, including asset class selection, market positioning, risk tolerance, and return objectives
- Analyze investment opportunities through financial modeling, underwriting, and market research
- Develop investment theses and recommendations supported by data-driven insights
- Partner with acquisitions teams to source, evaluate, and pursue investment opportunities aligned with client strategies
- Prepare and present investment memorandums, performance projections, and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes to inform investment decisions
- Collaborate with brokerage, development, construction, and property management teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Support capital raising efforts by communicating investment strategies and opportunities to prospective investors
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, reporting, and strategic guidance
