National Real Estate Management Group is a full-service brokerage, construction, and property management company partnering with investors to manage a broad range of real estate investment needs and we are looking for a skilled, highly professional Construction Manager.

As a Construction Manager with NREMG, you will be responsible for collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists. You may also select vendors and subcontractors as well as schedule and coordinate their activities. Monitoring and reporting progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of construction projects will also be required.

A successful candidate will have proven experience in keeping construction projects running correctly from start to finish. Having the ability to rapidly respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems will also be required. Construction Managers will be expected to develop the team skills matrix, develop construction standards and best practices, and have the ability to maintain field work orders via management and scheduling.

• Maintenance or trade specific license preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and property management software
• Ability to work on-call and weekends

• 7 years of Construction experience 
• 5 years of Construction Estimating experience
• Vocational or trade school certification preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of property regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good customer service skills
